Dustin and his apprentice installed our doors and windows and did a great job. We were able to communicate easily with him and he was able to problem solve for our unique project. I would recommend his crew for doors and windows. 5 STARS
The communication to get the project going was a little rough at the beginning, but improved as the project went on. Rachelle was a great help and always very kind when talking on the phone or emailing. They installed the windows in two days with the exception of one window that was not the right size, however, this was a manufacturer error, not their's. Ostrander installed the correct winow as soon as it came in. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them any day for windows. The installer even remember the kid's names when he came over the second time, very personable. The price was also reasonable. 5 stars for sure!
Over the years I've had Ostrander's do many jobs on my house. From installing a complete new roof and windows to adding our deck on last summer, these guys are true professionals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior home improvements. Also, their office manager Rachelle is always very pleasant and helpful every time we call there.
After after calling in both the winter and the spring due to leaks Ostrander sent Dustin to assess and he agreed they had some work to do. Within a few days Doug was sent and he spent 3/4 days fixing everything. He went above and beyond even fixing siding which wasn't part of the original roof job. We are very satisfied as we now feel we have the roof which was originally agreed upon.

Steel Roof Job-
Started one month later than planned. One week job that actually took 3 weeks. Multiple crews worked on the job, which made communication difficult. Richard could have been better with his communication skills as well. We had an issue with nails coming through our finished ceiling and were told we would have to live with it.
